9/9/2011 - There are 10 standard bronze-breasted turkeys available for permanent placement into companion homes. Our adopters report that the hens love treats and are learning to be social around people through the power of food!

The hens are from a turkey breeding farm that produces a small number of turkey chicks for Thanksgiving slaughter. The farmer agreed to release the hens. There is a $20 adoption fee per bird.
