Little B wants you...to scratch his ears and give him love!

Little B (short for Buddha) had a rough start. He was left at a livestock auction in a metal crate with a cardboard sign that read "Dog FREE, Crate is NOT". The dog's guardian explained the puppy was the last one from an unplanned litter. The puppy's mother is a Great Pyrenees, while the father is an Australian Cattle Dog.

We couldn't bear to leave this gentle giant to the people who were buying calves and baby goats for slaughter. We immediately scooped him up and brought him back to the sanctuary!

Little B won't stay little! This awesome puppy is going to be one awesome dog, and a big guy at that! Must love big dogs should be your mantra if you want to welcome B to your home. We would love someone who is a big fan of Pyrenees or cattle dogs, or who is a dog-savvy person!

B already knows how to sit, is being housetrained, and walks nicely on a leash. He is a little shy meeting new people, but give him a dog treat and he is yours for life!

Little B will be neutered and vaccinated prior to placement. He will come with one bag of his current dog food. He is currently located in Grass Valley, CA.
