We need your help to make life better for millions of Californian farmed animals! Animal Place is part of Californians for Humane Farms, a coalition of organizations and individuals collecting signatures to place a measure on the California ballot to prevent cruelty to breeding pigs, egg-laying hens and veal calves.
The initiative would require breeding pigs, egg laying hens and veal calves have enough room to stretch their limbs and wings. It would ban the use of veal crates, gestation crates and battery cages, thus improving the lives of millions!
And YOU can help with this historic effort!
