All you need to do is fill out the form below and we will mail you the S.H.A.R.E.S. card for FREE. Your address is only for us to mail the card to and is not necessary for the card to work. Every time you swipe your S.H.A.R.E.S. card at the above stores, a portion of your purchase will be donated to Animal Place. The card we mail you is specifically coded for Animal Place.
The S.H.A.R.E.S. program stands for Supporting Humanities, Arts, Recreation, Education and Sports and raises nearly $5 million annually for various charities.
