Hi,
My husband and I are interested in coming to spend V-day loving on the animals and checking out the farm, but I don’t see a daily price anywhere. We were interested in visiting just for the day. If there is a possible daily rate, would We be able to bring our dog along? She is a 8year old golden lab who loves other animals. But, if it is a concern for the wellbeing of the other animals, I understand. Our dog is the main reason we are unable to stay over night (dog sitter unavailable).
I found your organization from a small brochure, “egg-the cruel truth” that was handed to me in passing at my college (los Angeles harbor college). I was very thankful your organization exists and saw your valentine day retreat. I feel like it’d be a fun way to explore your farm and see what you do while also giving the animals love!
Any info will be very helpful, thank you.
Best,
Adelaide Chertkow

Where exactly does this event take place? I live in central PA. This sounds like a great event, and hopefully some day I will be able to attend. What a great way to show my grand daughter compassion for animals.
It is at our Guest House, which is located in Grass Valley, California.
Where is this place located? We are in New York City!
We are located in Grass Valley, California.
God bless you for all you do for the animals. If I weren’t so far away, I would be there. Kissing cows, pigs, etc sounds very calming, soothing, and therapeutic for the animals and us. God bless
Thank you, Marylou! We hope you can make it out some day!
Wish you had something for the day in the Dallas area.
Check out the Texas page at sanctuaries.org – http://www.sanctuaries.org/texas.html – and see if there’s a sanctuary near you!
Even though because of the time and distance I cannot attend I want you to know I am proud of this event. Always human rights in the front burner and animal rights in the back burner, if they stand a chance we have to fight for them and the only way we can create awareness is going on national tv and make people watch what happens inside a slaughterhouse. They will understand that they can live without bacon when they see the horror these creatures have to go through, when they see how cows get their throats slit because of the meat addiction, chicken thrown in boiling water still conscious, then that delicious fried chicken will not taste the same.
Thank you, Yolanda, for your support and for all you do to help animals!
Is it okay for a single animal lover? I need to treat myself. 🙂
Absolutely! We will change the text of the page to reflect that!

Wish I could afford to come and bring my son. He is the valentine in my life who at 18 is young to carry forth a new mindset about the part living and free animals play in the survival of our planet
Do you have anything close to New York? Also do you still have openings for V. Day?
Hi, Janette. We do still have openings for Valentine’s day! But we do not have any facilities in New York. Maybe some day…
