Shake it Up! (Cacao Almond Maca Protein Shake)

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c raw almond butter
  • ¾ c raw almond or hazelnut “milk”
  • ¾ c young coconut water
  • ½ c young Thai coconut “flesh”
  • ¼ oz or 7 grams Cacao Butter
  • 3 T raw cacao powder
  • 1 T raw cacao nibs
  • 3 T agave nectar
  • ½ t pure vanilla powder or 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1/8 t Himalayan salt
  • ½ t raw maca powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all items together until smooth and creamy in a Vita-Mix. (NOTE: you can add more coconut water or nut “milk” if you prefer a thinner shake.
  • Store in glass container in refrigerator for up to 3 days and shake well before serving. Yields 3 ½-4 cups.
