  • Public Guided Tour – April 18th @ 11 AM

    Join us for our first public guided tour of 2026! Visit with some of the 200+ rescued farmed animal residents who call Animal Place home and hear their stories! You will get to meet goats, sheep, and rabbits! Cows and pigs may come up to the fence for treats! Note that the Bird Barn will likely be closed to visitors due to Avian Influenza.

    Public guided tour tickets are $20 and can be purchased HERE. Children ages 2 and under are free. Your tour will last 1.5 hours and entail about 1/2 mile of walking on flat pavement and gravel, and entering pastures. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, but there are some rocky/uneven portions of the property.

    To visit with the animals, pants and shin-high boots are mandatory (boots are available to borrow at the sanctuary, but in limited quantities and sizes). Boots provide added protection when interacting directly with the large animals. Socks are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. We share the property with lots of wildlife, including rattlesnakes.
