C: organization serves only vegan or vegetarian food at their events, but they do not have a written policy approved by their board

F: organization has been contacted by FFT but was unresponsive, or they confirmed they serve meat at events; (this list also includes organizations that confirmed they currently do not serve food at events but have been been invited by FFT to create a policy for future use)
