
Green tomatoes gaspacho
Ingredients
- 5 green tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 to 2 limes 3 tablespoons of juice
- 100 ml of water
- jalapeño pepper sauce
- a few mint leaves
- a few basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt pepper
Instructions
- Wash vegetables well, dice tomatoes and remove stems. Dice the peppers, removing the seeds and stems. Mince the garlic and cucumber and chop the herbs.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes (depending on the power of the blender, you will get different results, more or less smooth)
- Adjust the seasoning and keep in a cool place before serving.
