Green tomatoes gaspacho

  • 5 green tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 to 2 limes 3 tablespoons of juice
  • 100 ml of water
  • jalapeño pepper sauce
  • a few mint leaves
  • a few basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt pepper


  • Wash vegetables well, dice tomatoes and remove stems. Dice the peppers, removing the seeds and stems. Mince the garlic and cucumber and chop the herbs.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes (depending on the power of the blender, you will get different results, more or less smooth)
  • Adjust the seasoning and keep in a cool place before serving.
