
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- The brine from 1 tin chickpeas {aquafaba}
- 1 bar Vegan Mylk Chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbs icing sugar {optional}
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt
- Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want
- Gently whip the melted chocolate into the peaks until combined. Then pour into serving glasses
- Let it set for at least 2 hours and enjoy! I added whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
