Vegan Chocolate Mousse

  • The brine from 1 tin chickpeas {aquafaba}
  • 1 bar Vegan Mylk Chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbs icing sugar {optional}


  • Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt
  • Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want
  • Gently whip the melted chocolate into the peaks until combined. Then pour into serving glasses
  • Let it set for at least 2 hours and enjoy! I added whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
