Chef Lisa’s Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ c fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 4 kale leaves stems removed
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves removed and stems discarded
  • 1 c water or unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 t vanilla extract or 1” piece vanilla bean
  • Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1 t chia seeds optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all items together in high-speed blender till smooth.
