Chef Lisa’s Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ c fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ c fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
- 4 kale leaves stems removed
- 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves removed and stems discarded
- 1 c water or unfiltered apple juice
- 1 t vanilla extract or 1” piece vanilla bean
- Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1 t chia seeds optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Blend all items together in high-speed blender till smooth.
